We also know that transparency is about being open, not about making decisions by consensus. Everybody has a voice, but not everybody always has a vote. We are raw, open, vulnerable, no-bullshit, and get straight to the point.

interview

30’ call with our people to review your application and further explore what both you and we are looking for.

Technical 
interview

60-90’ meeting with your future team lead and a direct colleague to explore how you would approach some of the challenges in your future day-to-day (preparation expected)

Organizational fit interview

45’ conversation with CEO to further align on topics such as values and mission, role expectations, and growth goals.
