A tailored implementation plan
We have developed a thorough onboarding process to enable a successful launch of your platform and first engagement project(s). After the implementation, we follow up proactively and remain available through our support channels and during our regular follow-up and deep-dive sessions. The number of implementation sessions depends on the chosen license plan and your needs. You always have the option to complement your package with extra sessions as needed.
Kick-off meeting during which we discuss your main objectives and design the implementation plan together.
Using CitizenLab’s e-Participation Canvas™ and Online Workshops environment, we co-design a strategy for engagement success.
We design your first project(s) together while we advise you on how to leverage specific platform functionalities.
Choose between an engagement booster workshop, inspiration session, organizational workshop, or process design workshop.
Using our pre-launch checklist, we will send you recommendations on what to improve before we go live and let the engagement start.
Learning sessions and reviews
We help you and your team evolve your skillset by sharing valuable tips and tricks on our blog, resource center, and support portal. But we know nothing beats hearing best practices and asking questions live. When you join the CitizenLab community, you’ll regularly be invited to practical client-exclusive learning sessions where we dive deeper into the different aspects that make community engagement successful.
Next to that, each quarter you’ll have a dedicated session with your Government Success Manager to review your platform performance and deep dive in specific topics. You decide which topics you want to focus on during these sessions, and we support you with a tailored plan. At the end of the year, you’ll also be invited to a review session in which you and your Government Success Manager discuss the results of your engagement initiatives from the past year, and look forward at what’s next.
